For Law Firms & Organizations

Consulting & Training

Litigation involving military-connected individuals is shaped by systems most civil practices never encounter — command authority, internal investigations, parallel military proceedings, and dynamics that directly affect evidence, witnesses, and outcomes.

Cresenzo Consulting & Mediation was founded to close that gap.

Institutional Knowledge You Can't Learn in a Textbook

Ruth Cresenzo, J.D., is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel and former Judge Advocate with senior national leadership experience in the National Guard's Special Victims' Counsel program. She brings jurisdictional expertise spanning military and civilian systems — including UCCJA/Hague Convention matters — and understands how military institutions function operationally: how records are created, decisions are made, and internal narratives are shaped.

Ruth does not replace civil counsel. She strengthens them.
